Sandbridge Dunes Condominiums has been awarded

the Best Residential Landscaping Award for 2015 !!!

On April 30, 2015 the Virginia Beach Beautification Committee (VBCC) recognized Sandbridge Dunes for having the most appealing residential landscaping in the Princess Anne District of Virginia Beach. Significantly, this is the 50th Anniversary of the VBCC, which was established  to promote enhanced visual experiences of Virginia Beach. The VBCC is a volunteer organization; for additional information see their website at www.vabeachbeautification.org. 

Accepting the Best Residential Landscaping Award at the VBBC Annual Landscape Awards Banquet were two directors of our Unit Owners Association, Larry Stallings and Dr. Tim Ferramosca.  The banquet was attended by a number of city leaders, including the Mayor, City Manager, and both current and former members of the City Council.  Barbara Henley, Councilmember for the Princess Anne District, presented the award to Sandbridge Dunes and gave a very informative presentation on the history of the Princess Anne area.
